We are excited to announce the release of a new version of SeamlessDesk. This version has several major changes and lots of minor changes. A complete summary of the changes is provided below.
Subdomain Support
You may have noticed when logging in to SeamlessDesk today that your account now has a subdomain. This is the most significant change included with this release, and there are some things that you should be aware of. New Settings Menu & Navigation
The Settings menu has been updated to improve navigation and ease of use. Please view this support article for a detailed explanation of the changes and how it impacts your organization.
New Integrations
This release also includes three new integrations. Okta SSO, Slack Webhooks, and Team Webhooks have all been added to SeamlessDesk. Support articles detailing each integration are available at https://www.seamlessdesk.com/support/.
